📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Run high-volume outbound across calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Tailor outreach to prospect goals and Wing’s value proposition.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls and demos.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders.
  • Maintain clean CRM data with up-to-date records.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/inside sales).
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value quickly.
  • Reliable remote work setup and self-discipline for high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with 50+ touches per day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data and updated stages.
  • Track metrics; know conversion rates; treat 'no' as feedback.
  • Nice to have: AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO sales experience.
