📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound to build pipeline and hit targets.
  • Tailor outreach to prospect goals; articulate Wing’s value in offloading work and scaling capacity.
  • Partner with AEs to schedule calls/demos and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit and timing; map stakeholders across teams.
  • Keep clean, up-to-date CRM with prospect data.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/inside sales).
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value; track numbers.
  • Reliable home/remote setup and ability to run a high-volume desk.
  • Comfortable with high volume; 50+ touches/day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes AEs can use.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO.
