📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Run high-volume outbound via calls, email, LinkedIn, events; build pipeline.
  • Tailor outreach to goals; articulate Wing's value in offloading work and scaling capacity.
  • Partner with AEs to schedule calls, meetings, demos; ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, timing; map stakeholders across orgs.
  • Acquire prospect data from conversations and web; keep CRM clean and up-to-date.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/inside sales).
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value.
  • Reliable home/remote work setup and self-discipline for high-volume desk.
  • Comfortable with high volume; 50+ touches a day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes AEs can use.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO.
