📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound to build pipeline.
  • Tailor outreach; articulate Wing's value for AI scaling.
  • Partner with AEs to schedule calls and demos; ensure handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders.
  • Acquire data; keep CRM clean; stay current on AI trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar).
  • Adjust up to 1–3 years for seniority.
  • Confident on the phone and in writing; articulate value in calls and emails.
  • Reliable home/remote setup with self-discipline for a high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with 50+ touches per day without sacrificing quality.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, usable notes.
  • Strong work ethic; track metrics and conversion rates.
  • Nice to have: AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO sales exp.
