📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) daily.
  • Tailor outreach to goals; articulate Wing’s value in offloading repetitive work.
  • Partner with AEs to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders.
  • Acquire prospect data and keep CRM up-to-date.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/D2D/inside).
  • Confident on the phone and in writing; articulate value.
  • Reliable home/remote setup and self-discipline for high-volume work.
  • Comfort with 50+ touches per day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, usable notes.
  • Strong work ethic; track numbers and conversion rates.
