Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to business owners and directors
• Engage with both warm and cold prospects through professional and consultative telephone
• Use automated dialling and prospecting systems
• Maintain a positive and proactive approach to prospecting while handling rejection professionally
• Ask relevant, open-ended questions to understand prospect needs, challenges, and potential pain
• Adapt conversations naturally based on the prospect's responses

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, telesales, lead generation, or a
• Strong experience communicating professionally with prospects over the telephone
• Comfortable conducting both warm and cold outbound calls
• Experience engaging with business owners, directors, or senior decision-makers is highly desirable
• Comfortable working towards call, conversation, and appointment-setting targets
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to adapt conversations
