Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Raise awareness and generate interest via cold calls, emails, social outreach
• Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives
• Meet 80 to 100 activities daily (calls + emails)
• Manage your own book of accounts and strategy
• Become a power user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Gong
• Travel to attend sales conferences and events as outlined by management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months sales experience (ideally SDR) with Mid-Market accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High resilience and ability to bounce back from setbacks
• Player mindset; growth mindset; never back down from a challenge
• Strong work ethic; willing to learn and work hard
• Extremely coachable and receptive to feedback
