📋 Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting to generate homeowner opportunities.
  • Manage outbound cadences in Salesloft, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools.
  • Identify and engage homeowners via multiple lead sources including referrals.
  • Qualify prospects based on homeowner goals, property fit, and market.
  • Document outreach activity, lead status, call notes, and progress in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to provide lead quality feedback.
  • Maintain SLA speed-to-lead and outbound follow-up standards.
  • Meet or exceed activity metrics for calls, conversations, and appointments.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching to improve skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals with strategy.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, open, innovative work environment.
  • Other duties as assigned as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or hospitality sales.
  • Hospitality, vacation rental, or real estate experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate via outbound phone outreach.
  • Strong organizational skills for multiple pipelines and deadlines.
  • Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment with targets.
  • Experience with CRM and tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio.
  • Tech-savvy with digital systems and mobile apps.
  • College degree preferred, but diverse paths considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
