📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; act as first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Run high-volume multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events); build pipeline.
  • Tailor outreach to prospect goals and business model; articulate Wing value.
  • Partner with AEs to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders across teams.
  • Acquire data from conversations, web, and sources; keep CRM clean and updated.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales exp (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales)
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value in 30-sec cold calls or emails
  • A reliable home remote setup; self discipline to run a high-volume desk
  • Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches a day
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, usable notes for AEs
  • Nice to have experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing BPO
