Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Source opportunities and qualify leads for Sales Organization
• Handle inbound and outbound leads with ~80 touches per day
• Communicate with IT personnel up to C-level executives by phone, email, and social
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of DigiCert solutions to advise prospects
• Uncover and qualify prospects' needs; identify projects and requirements
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaign performance

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of sales, sales development, outbound outreach experience
• Desire to work in sales and in cybersecurity
• Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient
• Well-rounded with varied interests, background, and experience
• Professional, efficient communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in SFDC, ZoomInfo, Salesloft/Outreach is a plus
