📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Execute high-volume multi-channel outbound to build pipeline and meet targets.
  • Tailor outreach to prospects' goals; articulate Wing's value.
  • Partner with AEs to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders.
  • Keep CRM data clean with up-to-date records.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales exp (SDR/BDR/inside).
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value.
  • Reliable home/remote setup and self-discipline to run a high-volume desk.
  • Comfortable with high volume; 50+ touches/day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes for AEs.
  • Nice to have: AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO experience.
