📋 Description

  • Identify companies actively hiring for Wing's services (EA, admin, CS, etc.).
  • Research target accounts to understand hiring needs and Wing fit.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Run outbound campaigns around hiring signals, growth, and pain points.
  • Hold discovery conversations to understand needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote talent.
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–4+ years in sales, BD, appointment setting, or outbound roles.
  • Interest in B2B sales; bonus for SaaS, AI, staffing, or outsourcing.
  • Proven prospecting and high-volume outbound outreach experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; concise, persuasive.
  • Comfort reaching out to companies new to remote/AI-enabled talent.
  • Strong research skills to turn hiring signals into messaging.
