Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Source opportunities and qualify leads for Sales Org.
• Work inbound and outbound leads: 80 touches/day via email, phone, social.
• Communicate with key IT personnel up to C-level via phone, email, social.
• Maintain working knowledge of DigiCert solutions to advise prospects.
• Uncover and qualify customer needs and potential solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaign performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Native German speaker and fluent in English
• 1+ years of sales, SDR, or outbound outreach experience
• Desire to work in sales and cybersecurity
• Coachable, self-motivated, curious, resilient 'get it done' attitude
• Proficiency in SFDC, Zoominfo, Salesloft/Outreach a plus
