📋 Description

  • Generate and qualify pipeline

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–4+ years in sales, business development, or outbound roles
  • Interest in B2B SaaS/AI/recruiting; bonus points
  • Proven background in prospecting and high-volume outbound
  • Strong written and verbal communication; concise and compelling
  • Comfort reaching out to companies new to remote/VA/offshore talent
  • Strong research skills turning signals into outbound messaging
