📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; be first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Do high-volume outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, events.
  • Tailor outreach to prospect goals; articulate Wing's value.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, demos.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, timing; map stakeholders.
  • Acquire prospect data; keep CRM clean and up-to-date.
  • Stay current on AI, staffing, outsourcing; share market feedback.
  • Hit monthly quotas for appointments, demos, and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/D2D/inside sales).
  • Confident on the phone and in writing; articulate value.
  • Reliable home/remote work setup and ability to run a high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with 50+ touches a day while maintaining quality.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes for AEs.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing.
