  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value.
  • Reliable home/remote setup and self-discipline.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach; 50+ touches/day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data and updated stages.
  • Nice to have: AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO sales exp.
