📋 Description

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create opportunities.
• Run high-volume outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, events.
• Tailor outreach to prospects' goals; articulate Wing's value.
• Partner with AEs to schedule calls and demos; smooth handoffs.
• Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, timing; map stakeholders.
• Update CRM with accurate prospect data.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months–2 years outbound sales exp (SDR/BDR/D2D/inside)
• Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value
• Reliable home/remote work setup; self-discipline
• Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches/day
• CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages
• Nice to have: AI, SaaS, or staffing/outsourcing exp
