📋 Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls via power dialer across multiple client projects.
  • Manage replies from email/LinkedIn campaigns using Reply.io and Expandi to book appointments.
  • Respond within 4–8 working hours and nurture prospects until they're ready to book.
  • Schedule meetings and share details with the team via Slack.
  • Track metrics (connect rate, reply rate, conversion) and flag issues to improve lead quality.
  • Keep HubSpot CRM clean and provide weekly recaps to the Account Strategist.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years outbound sales with strong cold-calling.
  • Confident, error-free written English for email/LinkedIn replies.
  • Fluent spoken English; comfortable across US and European time zones.
  • Strong outreach tool know-how; comfortable with CRM and automation; support campaign setup.
  • Ability to run multiple client projects in parallel without sacrificing quality.
  • Self-starter; no fixed hours; work doesn’t happen unless you take initiative.
