🎯 Requirements

  • Confident on calls and in writing; articulate value.
  • Reliable home/remote setup and self-discipline.
  • Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches/day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, usable notes.
  • Strong work ethic; track metrics; treat every 'no' as feedback.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/outsourced services.
