📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Run high-volume multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) to build pipeline.
  • Partner with AEs to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, timing; map stakeholders.
  • Acquire prospect data; keep clean, up-to-date CRM records.
  • Stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing; share feedback to sharpen messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales (SDR/BDR/inside); 1–3 yrs for senior.
  • Confident on the phone and in writing; articulate value clearly.
  • Reliable home/remote work setup; self-discipline for high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches per day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes usable by AEs.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/outsourcing.
