📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound (calls/email/LinkedIn) to build pipeline.
  • Partner with AEs to schedule calls and demos, and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders across teams.
  • Maintain clean CRM data; keep records up-to-date.
  • Aim to achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales exp (SDR/BDR/D2D/inside sales)
  • Confident on calls and in writing; articulate value in cold calls and emails.
  • Reliable remote work setup and self-discipline for high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches/day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, useful notes.
  • Strong work ethic; track metrics and adapt messaging.
