📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads for opportunities.
  • Run high-volume multi-channel outbound daily.
  • Tailor outreach to prospects’ goals; articulate Wing value.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls and demos.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing.
  • Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records.
  • Stay current on AI, staffing, outsourcing trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas of appointments, demos, and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6mo–2y outbound sales exp (SDR/BDR/inside sales).
  • Confident on phone and in writing to articulate value.
  • Reliable remote setup; ability to run a high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with 50+ touches/day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing.
