๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Identify target accounts in HRTech and mid-market space.
  • Reach out via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to create opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support revenue growth.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and fit for Horizons EOR payroll solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives to hand over leads and advance pipeline.
  • Identify market trends, pain points, and competitor activity; help move opportunities forward when appropriate.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1โ€“3 years in B2B SaaS sales, BD or outbound prospecting; HRTech/EOR a plus.
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation, booking meetings and pipeline building.
  • Strong communication; craft outreach and engage decision-makers.
  • Highly organized, resilient, goal-driven; manage high-volume outreach.
  • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (C2 or equivalent).
