🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in Sales/SDR/BDR in SaaS or tech (or strong curiosity).
• Clear, confident communicator for technical and business audiences.
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation in outreach.
• Comfortable with structure and ambiguity; execute and improve repeatable processes.
• Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and shaping next-gen GTM teams.
• Positive, persistent, and highly organized; follow up and follow through.
