📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads; be the first contact for prospects evaluating Wing.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound daily (calls, email, LinkedIn, events).
  • Tailor outreach to goals; articulate Wing's value in offloading repetitive work.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders.
  • Acquire prospect data from conversations and the web; keep CRM clean.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6m-2y outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/D2D/inside sales; adjust to 1-3y for more senior).
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value via cold calls or personalized emails.
  • Reliable home/remote work setup and the discipline to run a high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches a day without sacrificing quality.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes your AEs can actually use.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
