📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound touches daily to build pipeline and hit targets.
  • Tailor outreach to goals; articulate Wing's value in offloading repetitive work.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders.
  • Stay current on AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape; share feedback to sharpen messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/inside sales).
  • Confident on the phone and in writing; articulate value clearly.
  • Reliable home/remote work setup and self-discipline for a high-volume desk.
  • Comfortable with high volume; 50+ touches per day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes used by AEs.
  • Strong work ethic; track numbers and messaging; learn from feedback.
