Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Follow up with inbound/outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Capture and share insights to inform sales plays and roadmap.
• Experiment with new channels, messaging, and automation to boost conversions.
• Use LangChain powered agents to test and improve prospecting strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in Sales/SDR/BDR in SaaS or tech (or strong curiosity).
• Clear, confident communicator for tech and business audiences.
• Motivated by learning, iteration, and experimentation in outreach.
• Comfortable with structure and ambiguity; execute and improve repeatable processes.
• Excited about modern sales tech, AI tools, and GTM teams.
• Positive, persistent, highly organized; follows up and brings energy.
• C2-level French or German (CEFR) or native equivalent required.
