📋 Description

  • Qualify and route inbound leads across self-service and inside sales.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, live chat, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Book and complete product demonstrations to hit monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to move leads through the funnel.

🎯 Requirements

  • Confident, clear communication via email, phone, and video.
  • Excellent task organization and prioritization; multi-task.
  • Experience with CRMs, Health Scoring, Live chat, knowledge bases.
  • Experience conducting digital or in-person customer meetings.
  • Patience working with users who are not tech-savvy.
