📋 Description

  • Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, multi-channel)
  • Research target accounts; map stakeholders across Eng, Product, Leadership
  • Conduct discovery to understand teams and Cursor fit
  • Partner with AEs to develop account strategies and handoffs
  • Hit weekly activity targets and monthly qualified meetings
  • Represent Cursor's brand and product to prospects

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years in sales/customer-facing/BD roles; SaaS/dev tools a plus
  • Relentless self-starter; owns pipeline; doesn't wait for leads
  • Clear written and verbal communication; tailor messages to a technical audience
  • Organized and data-driven; track activity and iterate quickly
  • Thick skin; resilient; bounce back quickly
  • Aim to grow into Account Executive; willing to put in reps
