🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Sales, Sales Development, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not a requirement
• A strong drive to succeed and a genuine desire to build a successful career in sales
• A highly coachable mindset: you actively seek feedback, embrace challenges, and continuously look
• Curiosity and a passion for understanding technology, customer challenges, and how businesses grow
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects confidently through phone
