🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in software sales
• Fluent German language skills
• A documented history of excellence: sales attainment and stack rank if you have sold before, or
• Genuine pull toward sales as a craft, not just the career path or the income
• Active AI fluency - you are using AI in your personal workflow today, you have built or automated
• A learner's mindset with visible evidence you treat your own development as a personal project. You
