Sales Development Representative II

📋 Description

• Experience selling Financial Services to small/large sized businesses
• Assist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for your clients
• Responsible for hitting key target metrics including revenue, volume, conversion %’s, monthly
• Develop relationships with customers and generate new business through pro-active targeted outbound
• Communicate with our trusted partners daily, while keeping Kapitus’ brand image top of mind
• Consistently follow up on leads and maintain active pipeline daily

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma required, college degree preferred
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales with
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as a strong sense of
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment
• Experience achieving metric and quality performance
