Research and identify key decision-makers at mid to large healthcare enterprises
Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, phone, and social selling
Build rapport and trust with healthcare executives
Own the early stages of the sales process from initial contact through qualified opportunity handoff
Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Self-motivated with strong initiative
