🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years outbound BD in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record generating outbound pipeline and converting leads.
  • Experience in SDR teams, sharing knowledge to elevate team performance.
  • Polished communicator with senior decision makers at complex orgs.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, AI enabled prospecting tools.
  • Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve outreach quality and efficiency.
  • Motivated self starter with strong business acumen and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to build trust across internal and external stakeholders and adapt to timelines.
