📋 Description

• Generate new business opportunities: Reach out to potential customers through phone calls, email
• Research target accounts: Identify relevant companies across Switzerland and Austria, research
• Qualify leads: Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and demo requests
• Understand customer challenges: Ask thoughtful questions, uncover business needs, and identify how
• Manage prospecting activities: Use HubSpot, AI-powered tools, and other prospecting platforms to
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Sales and Marketing to coordinate lead generation

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Swiss German, strong standard German, and fluency in English.
• Ability to work remotely from a European country where the partner company can legally employ you
• Between 0 and 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or another customer-facing
• Confidence in making outbound calls, initiating conversations with unfamiliar contacts, and
• Resilience when facing rejection, with the motivation to stay focused, learn from feedback, and
• Genuine curiosity about technology and a strong interest in developing a career in B2B sales.
