  • 3-5+ years of experience in SDR, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Comfortable making 200-250 calls each day.
  • Strong people skills - clear talker, good listener, confident communicator.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRMs, and email outreach tools.
  • Quick thinker, sharp researcher, great at finding the right prospects.
  • Experience in AI or SaaS startups is a plus.
