📋 Description

• Prospect into hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and recruitment firms through phone
• Own a defined geography or book of business and collaborate with sales partners on territory plans
• Build strong knowledge of the clinician recruitment platform and confidently communicate its
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities by uncovering recruitment challenges, understanding
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, including physician recruiters, talent acquisition leaders
• Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations while ensuring accurate

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales development, business development, recruiting, or
• Demonstrated experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting, ideally in an environment with
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present a value
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of
