• Own and execute a full outbound prospecting motion through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales development or prospecting, with a demonstrated track
• Strong experience using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social selling techniques to engage
• Player-coach mindset with the willingness to prospect directly while also coaching and managing
• Demonstrated ability to build scripts, outreach cadences, prospecting processes, or sales playbooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create, test, and
• Ability to understand and sell to technical and engineering audiences and quickly learn complex

🎁 Benefits

• $98,700 USD base salary plus $42,300 USD variable compensation, for $141,000 USD target on-target
