Conduct high-volume prospecting via multi-channel outbound sales to generate qualified leads.
Develop multi-touch activities including emails and call scripts to engage prospects.
Maintain detailed, accurate CRM records using Salesforce and Outreach.
Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Educate prospects and schedule meetings with Account Executives to move them forward.
Report to Head of Sales and Director of Revenue Operations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
SDR with a track record of meeting quotas.
CRM tooling plus AI apps (Claude, ChatGPT, Google Notebook).
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
