📋 Description

• Conduct regular live call shadowing sessions and coach SDRs on cold calling, discovery, objection
• Reinforce CHAMP qualification methodology and discovery standards while identifying individual and
• Share successful calls, effective messaging, and proven sales practices across the team
• Partner with the SDR Manager to develop targeted coaching plans when performance gaps arise
• Serve as the first point of contact for questions related to Salesforce opportunity and activity
• Identify recurring workflow issues and communicate trends and improvement opportunities to the SDR
