Sales Development & Training Manager

📋 Description

• Actively lead onboarding, ramp, and ongoing skills trainings for new and existing agents across
• Help develop, test, and refine sales scripts in partnership with sales leaders and product
• Build and run onboarding curriculum and the ramp process for new agents
• Use AI transcription analysis and script adherence tools to identify coaching opportunities
• Help design and run structured pilots and A/B script tests
• Help build and deliver programs that make managers effective coaches

🎯 Requirements

• Delivered or built sales training/enablement programs, ideally in a high-velocity, script-driven
• Builder energized by creating training content and materials
• Thinks like a scientist: form hypothesis, test, measure, iterate
• Highly autonomous with minimal hand-holding
• Comfortable facilitating, coaching, and engaging agents in front of a room (physical or virtual)
• Thrives partnering closely with sales leaders and Head of Sales Development & Training

🎁 Benefits

• US national base salary range for this full-time position is $83,000 - $147,000
