  • Increase revenue for BVNK across all product lines
  • Acquire and maintain client relationships in financial verticals (banks, asset managers)
  • Be a trusted partner, SME and deploy a consultative approach.
  • Understand client needs at each stage of their digital asset journey.
  • Collaborate with commercial lead to build/manage client pipeline and coverage.
  • Leverage network to identify opportunities, generate leads and close deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years sales/business development in banking/fintech
  • Knowledge of risk management within banks, AML focus
  • Experience developing business within banking sectors
  • Track record in managing relationships and closing deals
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experienced with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
