  • Drive RAN sales as a personal contributor, focusing on order growth and margin.

  • 15+ years’ experience in telecom sales with quota-carrying background.
  • Proven sales success in Southeast Asia / Pacific markets with complex negotiations.
  • Strong technical understanding of RAN technologies—including Macro Radios, Massive MIMO, Open RAN (O-RAN).
  • Experience leading cross-functional and matrix organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related disciplines. MBA or industry certifications preferred.
