📋 Description

  • Drive RAN sales opportunities; focus on order growth and margins.
  • Define and execute GTM strategies to win and expand APAC market.
  • Build C-level relationships with MNOs and regulators across APAC.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles with regional teams to win business.
  • Provide strategic consultancy aligning customer roadmaps with RAN solutions.
  • Drive competitive positioning and market intelligence to expand share.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years telecom sales with quota-carrying background.
  • Proven sales success in Southeast Asia / Pacific markets with multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Strong technical understanding of RAN: Macro Radios, Massive MIMO, Open RAN (O-RAN).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Telecommunications, Electrical Eng, Electronics, Business; MBA or certs preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and matrix organizations; strong comms.
  • Willingness to travel up to ~50% across the region.
