  • Drive new RAN sales as a personal contributor; grow orders and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in telecom sales with quotas to local MNOs.
  • Proven SEA sales success with multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Strong RAN tech knowledge: Macro Radios, Massive MIMO, Open RAN.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, matrix organizations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor/Master in telecom, EE, electronics or business; MBA/certs preferred.
