📋 Description

• Own and drive HK commercial revenue with a mandate to grow market share
• Leverage your network: agencies, direct clients, trading deals
• Build a territory strategy balancing short-term revenue and long-term positioning
• Execute trading deals with media agencies while deepening direct client relationships
• Be the senior face of Aleph in HK at client tables and events
• Lead and grow a high-performing HK team of around five with expansion potential

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years in digital advertising or media; 3-5 years in senior sales
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications; MBA a plus
• Experience managing or growing a sales team
• Strong relationships with Hong Kong media agencies and direct clients
• Proven ability to close complex commercial and trading deals
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong's media and advertising ecosystem
