📋 Description

• Own the Mass P&L, taking full accountability for volume, trade spend, and profitability across
• Run the Walmart and Target relationships end-to-end, serving as Bobbie's primary point of contact
• Lead JBP and category strategy, including annual and in-year Joint Business Planning, category
• Own forecasting and demand planning for Walmart and Target, partnering with Supply Chain to protect
• Manage trade investment, developing and owning trade spend and promotional plans across Mass with
• Lead retail media strategy, including Walmart Connect and Target Roundel in partnership with

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in CPG sales with direct, senior-level experience owning Walmart and/or Target
• End-to-end account ownership with a track record of running a retailer relationship in full
• Deep retailer fluency with strong command of Walmart's Retail Link, OTIF, and modular reset cycle
• Proven JBP and category leadership with a history of leading category reviews and joint business
• People leadership across functions, managing both sales and operational roles (e.g., shopper
• Comfort with autonomy, thriving in a lean, scaling organization with direct reporting to the Chief
