🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales with a complex selling motion from prospecting through close.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Strong track record of overachievement and coaching outbound.
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Claude, Gong; familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
