  • 5+ years leading a team of five+ quota-carrying Strategic Account Executives
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
  • Proven SaaS leadership across full lifecycle: prospecting to growth
  • Experience building vertical GTM strategies and sales playbooks for retail/consumer brands
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (BDR, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Sales Ops)
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and in-person presentation skills
