Sales Director, Scale Retail

📋 Description

• Hire, nurture, and lead a world-class sales talent
• Set and execute an aggressive regional customer acquisition and expansion strategy
• Lead vertical go-to-market for retail/consumer goods via playbooks and messaging
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build out a retail GTM motion
• Align GTM teams to execute the FY plan and present a single vision
• Coach the team through the sales process and provide detailed forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading a team of five+ quota-carrying Strategic Account Executives
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
• Proven SaaS leadership across full lifecycle: prospecting to growth
• Experience building vertical GTM strategies and sales playbooks for retail/consumer brands
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (BDR, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Sales Ops)
• Outstanding verbal, written, and in-person presentation skills
