• 5+ years leading 5+ quota-carrying SAEs
• Recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
• Lead full lifecycle SaaS sales: prospecting to expansion
• Vertical GTM strategies for retail/consumer brands
• Cross-functional coordination with BD, Marketing, CS, Legal, Ops
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person presentation skills
